i miss you as always. What a terrible part of life huh? Though, i suppose, an absence of longing would be indicative, also, of an absence of far greater things. Love, for instance.
i'm just writing to you quickly to submit the idea that before we renovate the dresser, perhaps we ought to use the same monies to do all of our construction upstairs on the boys' room. Closet. Painting. Reading nook. Gate/door at the top of the stairs. What do you think? i really like your idea about a reading nook. Really like it. i love great libraries—which is kind of funny since i do almost all of my reading on the iPad. We'll just never be able to replace the feeling of a book in the hands and the rustling of pages. i would still be reading my scriptures in hard copy if not for the impossibility of taking adequate notes anywhere but the iPad.
Anyway, just a note to tell you i love you and i'll see you tonight.
